Cancellation Policy
TERMS + POLICIES
• RESERVATIONS + CANCELLATIONS:
A valid credit card is required to book all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will result in a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
• NO-SHOW POLICY:
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior communication will result in a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
• GRACE + EMERGENCIES:
I understand that emergencies happen 🤍
A one-time grace will be given for unexpected situations. After that, all policies will be strictly enforced.
• DEPOSITS:
A $30 deposit is required for services totaling $100 or more.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for all applicable fees.
